Hi

Thax Jay and Bugie, I created Postprocessor as I wanted. Everything is fine, But I didnt see "work offsets (work co-ordinate system)" "G54,~G59" in output.

- Let me know where I need to create or asign this ...
or
- I need to select while creating MCS or ..... plz can you tell me where exactly I need to selct.

Thax & Regards

My second Question is

- How to define Machine type like ( HMC with 4th axis (Table),, 5th axis(rotary)).

Ok,
In the NX side you define your G54 thru G59 offsets as follows;
1. Enter manufacturing
2. be sure your operation manager is set to "GEOMETRY VIEW"
3. Double click your machine coordinate system (if you don't have one, make one...CREATE GEOMETRY>MCS)
4. in the first tab (machine coordinate system) expand the "details" tab.
5. The "fixture offset" box controls the offset that is passed to the post processor. 1=g54, 2=g55, etc, etc.

Second question... Are you refering to machine type in the post? if yes, when you create a "new post" you will see a machine tool area...Click the big blue button and choose the machine type for the post.

Hi

I can see these options

3-Axis
3-Axis mill turn (XZC)
4-4-Axis Rotary Table
5-Axis with dual rotary heads
5- Axis with dual Rotary tables
5- Axis rotary Head and Table

If I select 5- axis Dual rotary Tables , My Machine "B" and "A" Axis are inverse. To fix this this I configured my rotary Axis "YZ=B" "XZ=A" It looks good, but in my output instead of A axis B is rotating.
Inthis case what to do

My machine is "Horizantal machining center" with 4th and 5th Axis.
5th axis installed on 4th axis rotary table. look at pic u will get an idea.

Thax and regards

Take a look at the picture I included.
See if that helps at all.

Now, when you setup post builder the picture of the machine might not look correct however, pay close attention to the axis and the alignment. You might have to tilt your head to the side to get it right ;).

Also, your machine coordinate system MUST be set up correctly or else you will get incorrect output.

Hopefully that helps!

Jay
