regenerate assemblies with parts modified with pro/program

I have some assemblies containing parts that I modify with pro/program to supress or not some features. When I regenerate the assembly in automatic mode pro/e ask me to modify every part that is modified.

There is some way to change this behavioral?. For exemple, have all the part changes dependant to one variable as "machining", and referenced among them.

Sorry, I explain myself.

I'm mold maker. I design a mould with all its parts. Once it's done, I pick one part to machine it. But I don't want to machine it with the holes of ejector pins in the part, for example, so I use program/modify and include a variable "prepare_for_machining" (yes_no). If this variable is true, proe supress the ejector pins function in this part.

Now imagine twenty diferent parts with the same schema. To regenerate the mould I have to indicate the content of all the variables.

I expect to have exposed the problem whith clarity
