Regulator for Liquid Nitrogen

I need advice how to supply Liquid Nitrogen from Storage Tank (press 5 barg) to dose machine with pressure max 2barg, through pipeline Vacuum Jacket Line 1", length 31m.
I can't make tank pressure lower to 2 barg, because Liquid Nitrogen will be change phase to vapour. should i use Regulator Liquid Nitrogen ? Does any one have information about Regulator for Liquid Nitrogen ?

The people that build LN freezers do this, I think that they use a flow control valve and a pressure regulator.
Look into LN freezer temperature regulation.

Can you give us some more information here

"I can't make tank pressure lower to 2 barg, because Liquid Nitrogen will be change phase to vapour" implies that you're keeping the main tank under pressure in order to allow the temperature to rise to above -196??

If you're going down to 2 barg with liquid N2 which is at a higher temperature than it should be to remain liquid at 2 barg then you won't have liquid N2 anymore and a lot more problems than simply moving a very cold liquid about.

Please explain.

So, it seems that the LN will turn into a vapor, due to internal friction, as LN flows thru 31m of the 1" line . About increasing the size of the line to minimize friction and then use a regulator near the machine to drop the pressure to 2 barg without changing the state of liquid nitrogen.

Chicopee, thank you for your advice, but i can't change to increase the size of the line because i have installed Vacuum Jacket (VJ) Line 1" already.
I have installed Nitrogen Liquid Regulator near the dose machine, with tank setting pressure until 3-4 Bar. Without Regulator with the pressure tank 3-4 Bar then liquid nitrogen still can reach until the end of VJ Line, but output the regulator is vapour/not liquid if setting pressure regulator is 2 bar.

LittleInch, thanks for your respon. The point is i must can supply Liquid Nitrogen with low pressure pressure. It does not matter if the temperature Liquid Nitrogen more higher, but pressure of Liquid Nitrogen that will inject to dose machine should be not more than 2bar.

EdStainless, thanks for your advice, do you have sample P&ID or drawing installation ? installation sequences after the tank is Control Valve and then Regulator ? Control Valve and Regulator shoul be near the dose machine ?
