Rehabilitating Rigid Pavement Roadways

Could anyone share what methods you are currently using for rigid pavement rehab? I am looking for newer lower cost ways to rehab a major downtown rigid roadway in Baltimore City. Just trying to get a feel for what other DOTs are using as their approach.
