Reinforced Masonry Design Textbook 1

Does anyone know of the lastest textbook for reinforced masonry design that includes the 2003 IBC? If not what is the latest code that you know about.

I think the most current masonry design information would be that provided by The Masonry Society. They have published their second edition of Masonry Designer's Guide ($140) and they have the 1995 MSJC Code and Specification ($77).
