In Pro/e you can create a relation to locate a common feature throughout various instances of a generic. How do you do this in SolidWorks ? I have been looking and trying but have had no luck yet. Please Help...

Yes. Can do. I think, if I've got your gist - design tables. That's your answer. Look into their capabilities.
