Any good books in Relay Coordination Studies preferably with ETAP?

I would start with Protective Relaying by J. Lewis Blackburn. There is an FAQ, or at least used to be, on recommended references for various topics.

The FAQ is a bit long in the tooth at this point, but faq238-1287 is good starting point. I'd definitely second the Blackburn recommendation.
