In the year 2000 we start a RBI programme for static equipment of our refinery. The aim of our analysis was to prepare the next turnaround in order to extend refinery cycle runs. After corrosion analysis and based on probability and consequence for a failure to occur we obtain a ranking risk matrix of the equipment. For our RBI analysis we fallow the API methodology. What are the recent news on this matters? What is forum experience with the use of API RBI software? For Reliability Centred Maintenance analysis of dynamic equipment is the approach method done the same way as for RBI in static equipment? Can you resume in few wards what are the main topic concerns for Reliability Centred Maintenance analysis?
