Any RPM 1650 owners/experts out there?

I have four RPM 1656 units that I'm trying to repair. They are no longer supported by RPM since RPM was bought out by Fluke. I suspect that the root cause of the failures for all of the boards is the 470uf capacitors residing in the power electronics section of the main board (just beyond the power supply).

On one of the boards, however, there appears to be a short between the terminals where one of the failed 470uF (C411) capacitors was installed. To troubleshoot this further I need the circuit diagram to determine where the short is. I realize that this is a long shot but if anyone has this schematic for any reason and is willing to share I would greatly appreciate it.

If you have four identical units, then 'trouble-shooting by comparison' is easy. A schematic would help, but is (worse comes to worse) essentially unnecessary

I have one unit that is working, and you're right troubleshooting by comparison is a good strategy.
