Hello all,

Please advise what are the rules for the quantity, set pressure and flow the above should be specified for.

We intend to use isolating valves to each relief valve for testing with an interlock to insure that one or more relief valves are always in operation, so the total installed valves are the required according to the code plus one.

regards,

The rules for relief valves protecting waste heat boilers in the uSA are the same as those for fired boilers....ASME I

The set pressure must be no higher than the MAWP of the boiler.
