reload a project file into a fresh inv 8 pro install

I have installed a new hard drive, and reinstalled inventor 8 pro, i have a saved project file called Plant layout, i can not get it to start properly, where do i install the saved folder to?, do i name a new project "Plant layout" and copy it it to this project, this doesnt seem to work
