Hello was just curious to see if theres a better better method than using the t-handle cylinder strippers, we receive about 200-300 a day. really want to find a safer way of removing the cylinders without having to constantly bend over to use the cylinder stripper. I found a quick strip mold stripper by humbodlt but its a little expensive, any members create their own ?

If you make sure that each mold has a small amount of mold release sprayed inside prior to fabricating the cylinders, the molds can be stripped with air. Clean, neat and quick, plus you can re-use the molds. Put a small hole in the bottom center of the mold, then inject air into the mold with a small air cleaning nozzle. The mold will lift right off the specimen. Cover the hole with tape for the next use.
