Removal of Vinyl Chloride

Someone please advise the best and economical ways to remove Vinyl Chloride from 1st Pass RO permeate.

Also highlight the best location in terms of process, either downstream or upstream will be better, of course upstream will have bigger capacity against RO permeate.
