Remove face in Catia 2

Hi,
General question: Is it a bad habit to use Remove Face in Catia, rather than using more efficient the other available design tools in Part Design?
Also, NX has a similar feature which is named Delete Face.
The big difference is that the NX Delete Face has a lot more options (please, see the attached file).
Does Catia have similar alternative, too?

I usually only utilize the Remove Face command when I'm cleaning up a model from a dumb solid or some imported STEP file data. I don't use it when constructing a solid model in CATIA from scratch. Just my two cents...

i don't use remove face. this function can be used for clean up simple geometry but be aware of complex geometry. remove face can change a model.found that by running interference check in assy.

if to compare to NX so it much more better in NX. as you can see there are not to much options in Catia. something like synchronous modeling in catia avalible with functional molded part. google for it. pretty nice tool
