REMOVE WIPEOUTS - ACAD 2005 1

My friend here at work has ceated text with a wipeout (or mask). Not sure which because its a Norwegian programme which uses Autocads functions - either way he should have said no when he said yes and he cant get rid of the wipeout.

How do we remove wipeout from a drawing - cant mark it - doesnt seem to exist.
