Dear User
I am not specialist in acoustic science. we have a rolling mill unit with super annoying sound. I know the acoustic engineering can remove annoying sound by measuring frequency of sound and generating anti frequency signal and therefore the annoying sound will be removed. how device can do it?
Best regards

Active noise cancellation is best done when the objectionable noise emerges from a long duct or pipe.

From your description, lacking any pictures, drawings, or sound measurements, I think noise control techniques based on some of the info in here may more successful.
