Hi.
I want to create a drawing view of a large assembly with one of the subassemblies translucent with dashed lines.
The assy has some arrangements and this view is not of the default arrangement.
This could be achieved by creating a render set where I select BODIES one by one, which is extremely time consuming in my case (hundreds of bodies to pick).
Instead I created a Component group containing all the components in my subassy. Then I could create a render set based on the solids in this group.
The problem is that this method (render set based on component groups) only works on views that has the "default arrangement".
Anyone knows how to get around this?
Thanks!
