Repad calculation based on ASME VIII Div 1 1979 Ed

I have an up-coming job to add a repad and four gussets to a top tank nozzle on wich a new agitator will rest in place. This vessel was made in 1979, and I need to make calcs based on that code edition in order to keep the same vessel head, because otherwise, using the current code version I will need to replace the head due to thickness requirements. Does anyone knows where to get that code edition, or knows about an online resource for my case?
