Repair of chloride attacked concrete

Hi,
Does anyone know a procedure that describes how to repair columns (60 cm of diameter) with high chloride content that caused rebar corrosion.
The chloride content is higher than the maximum allowed by the code up to more than 10 cm deep in the column.

Once you have assessed the overall damage, it's a matter of cleaning the damaged concrete, protecting the reinforcing and patching. You have to be careful that the repair does not force the corrosion to the outside of the patch (corona effect).

Is chloride extraction useful after the rebar corrosion has reached an advanced stage ?
Is it cheaper than reaplacing a column of 12 m high ?

I appreciate the fact that you are exploring all options for remediation. However the owner needs to realize that the cheapest and fastest way to repair the problem is to replace the columns.
