Replacement for 480Y to 300Y sensing transformer

A german built control panel used in the states has a 3 phase, 480 volt wye to 300 volt wye, 15VA transformer used for voltage sensing. Lower power application. This transformer is bad, no MFG markings. Not sure where to get one. Instrument transformers wants $600 and 20 days. Looking for another alternative.
