HI,

If we replace 120 VDC solenoid valve with 120 VAC. Will it be powered, not powered or damaged? Any small modification we can do to make it work?

Thank you

If you supply DC to an AC coil it will burn up. Current in an AC coil is limited by its impedance, which is a function of resistance and inductance. Resistance causes heating and power loss so inductance is used as the main limit to ac current. Inductance does not limit DC current flow.

Many solenoid valve vendors offer replaceable and/or interchangeable coils. You might investigate that option.
