Replacing A Component Inserted From Mechanical Standard Parts Catalog

Using Catia V5R19, Service Pack 8, Build Number 19;

I inserted a component from the “Mechanical Standard Parts” / ASME, ANSI inch catalog. How can I replace the existing component and the same component used in “Reuse Patterns”?
