Hi all, first time posting. Today we updated to NX 1980 at work, and there seems to be a function/tool missing. Coming from NX 10, there was a way to quickly change the report values of a measurement from inches to mm. I set this to a button on the ribbon bar, so while measuring a model in either inch or mm, I could see what the value was in either unit. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

In NX10, when you changed the units in the analysis menu, the displayed units would change; but also the input units would change (e.g. newly created expressions of length would default to the new unit). In newer versions of NX, the functionality moved to the tools menu (menu -> tools -> units manager) and the was split into 2 options: preferred data entry units and object information units.

Thanks cowski for pointing me in the right direction. I will have to investigate more into macro creation and get familiar with journaling as ultimately what I am looking for is an on-the-fly type option. I set up a macro but it ended up closing out the measuring tool.
