I am trying to save the Von Mises Stress at each of the 8 integration points (for my hexahedral elements). Looking in the abaqus users manual tells me that *EL FILE has the SINV option for Von Mises stress.
My efforts at extracting the 8 values from the .fil using a fortran program compiled with "abaqus make job=name" only report the very last integration point value.
Looking at the model in CAE allows me to see all 8 integration points. I would like to extract these values automatically, instead of using the abaqus report option. Is there any way to get abaqus to print a report out automatically each time I run it (aside from the .dat file)?
