Hi,

I have a same process with time(x) vs temperature(y). I have done 5 times the experiment with same process. I need to find the reproducibility of this process? Can anyone tell me how can i do that?

Thanks

Isn't that up to you? How would anyone here know what you need to reproduce? Is it the time, or whatever is the outcome of the process?

Hi,

I mean to ask how to do it statistically, Is linear regression a best method or finding coefficient of determination?

Thanks

?? Depends on what you are trying to do. Usually, say, in the case of a etch depth, you would be looking for a standard deviation.
