Request for a Specification Document for a Heat Exchanger in the Oil Refining Sector

I am currently working on a project involving the design (or improvement) of a heat exchanger used in the oil refining industry. To proceed, I am looking for a specification document (cahier des charges) from a real and existing company, regardless of the country.



If anyone has access to such a document or can guide me on how to obtain one, I would greatly appreciate your help.

The purpose of this specification is to define a minimum common set of supplementary requirements for the specification for procurement of Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers in accordance with API Standard 660 9thEdition, March 2015 for application in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries.
