Request for info

I first want to point out that this thread is an attempt to obtain information provided in another thread. It seems that so many people have responded to the ringwall foundation thread ("Concrete Pad for Tank&quot, that I fear many requests for the subject article are going unfulfilled because everyone that has the information thinks that someone else will be satisfying everyone's request.

That said, I am interested in receiving a copy of that article as there is much talk in the office about a project that may entail a ringwall foundation.

If anyone has this mystery article or other pertinent information, please let me know.
