Required manpower and equipment to construct 50 km CS oil UG pipeline 2

Hi:
I have a tender to construct 50 km CS oil UG pipeline, 8", the soil is sand
the construction period starting from ROW till hydrotesting is 12 months
I am preparing the level 1 of the plan along with manpower and equipment plan
Can you please help me in this matter
I prepared the construction steps as following:
Route Survey--ROW--Excavation--Stringing--Welding--NDT--Coating--Lowering--First Backfilling--HT--Final Backfilling
can you help me in preparing the manpower and equip,emt plan in details and with numbers
