Are you referring to after the heat exchanger has been fabricated or to the Ta tubes before installation? If it is the tubes, which are procured from a qualified supplier, you need to review ASTM B521 Standard Specification.

Yes,Testing requirement after installing tube to the unit.

Do we have to inspect the individual tube after the tube is attached to tube sheet?

Do we have to specify any special requirements in fabrication of Ta tube to Tube sheet Joint?

Do we have to perform any other test than He Leak test?

Yes the service is corrosive on tube side. My special concern is beacause tube is only 0.015in thick

And also,Is it ok to rolled and expand 0.015in thick tube to tube sheet?

Looking forward for more guidance.

Thanks.

No. How are the Ta tubes attached to the tubesheet? If they are rolled or expanded and seal welded - Liquid PT. If the tubes are rolled with no welding, a He leak check is fine.
