Residential Apartment Bldg sq.ft cost.

Does anyone have any comparable sq.ft. price for 8-18 story apartment buildings. I would like to see if our company is competivly priced. Our last 10 story building was about $88/sq.ft. cdn

Do they have Means' data for Canada? If so, then this will give you "average" prices for types of construction and piece work.
