Resizing Drawing View Frame 2

I cannot remember what the settings are for resizing the drawing view frame without having to use the Visual Clipping feature, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe there is a drafting setting (option) for changing the view frame size. It's always slightly bigger than all the geometry in the view.
