I could find a few literature/standards are provided about railway earthing, namely the EN 50122-1 & -2.

I wonder if there are other detailed resources/textbook discussing the subject.

Please advise

There is a railway testing facility in Pueblo Colorado. Perhaps they could help you.
Sorry I don't know the name off the top of my head.

Just look at the bibliography to see the papers and research used to develop EN 50122 and see where that goes.

The attached document titled "California High-Speed Train Project Traction Power 2x25kV Autotransformer Electrification System, R2" in section 3.2 states
Applicability to U.S. Standards
At this time there are no specific North American Federal or State of California standards or
criteria for 25KV 60 Hertz Autotransformer Feed Type Electrification Systems.
Amtrack Specifications are also not very enlightening.

2021 Manual for Railway Engineering ›› 2021 MRE - Chapter 33 Electrical Energy Utilization has some information on the subject, I do not currently have access to this document, so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but I think the EN documents have better information. European railway electrification effort is much more extensive than the US.
