I'm trying to perform a response spectrum analysis with SAP2000 following this tutorial:
However, I get stuck right away as when I go to define - response spectrum I get an empty window without any response spectra available, nor can I input one myself. The buttons are just disabled, as you can see on the attached image.
Any help would be much appreciated. Using SAP 2000 Ultimate 15.0.0
