In what grounds we should fix the response time for corrosion probe?

Is there any standard requirement against each element of different size?

Whatever manufacturer you go with for probes should be able to help you out with response time.

Cosasco has a good guide on selecting the appropriate probe for adequate response time. In general, for ER probes, the shorter the response time you need, or the slower the corrosion rate you're trying to detect, the shorter probe lifespan you need.
