Response time of a series of multiple signal devices

I have a process variable input consisting on a pressure transmitter followed in series by two signal conditioners. I am given the response time of the transmitter and the corner frequencies of the signal conditioners (acting essentially as low pass filters). I guess that for each signal device I can determine the time constant as 1/(2*pi*Fc). My question is how do I determine the total response time (time constant) of this sequence. Is it additive?
(This is not a homework question, this is for real!)
Thanks.

Possibly something like τ1 + τ2 + 3*τ3, assuming that these conditioners behave like purely analog devices. Also depends greatly on the relative magnitudes of the delays, since a conditioner with a very long delay will mask the other, shorter, delays.

btw, I usually check the user profile, so unless you are a uber-uber-senior in college, it's cool ;-)

Can you post the model numbers of the devices?
