Is it possible that a SRS input of 2G responds with almost 0 stresses. (actually 0,004MPa) The SRS has a max acce between 0,6 and 0,9 Hz, whereas the lowest natural frequency of the system is at 4,2 Hz. Appreciate any help here.

Well the dynamic stiffness is almost equal the static here (you are below first reso. and assuming that damping is not influencing at 0.6-0.9 Hz)), so just do the calcs./analysis as linear static (not dynamics) with the above acceleration imposed and that should give you the same stress as in the dynamics.
