RetainPro changes

I have updated my license for RetainPro programs since the 5.0 version and have used wood piers for most small retainers.
Recently I purchased the latest version only to find no wood pier choices when required to select the material, only steel available. I'm told by "tech" that they never included such an option. Am I operating in a parallel universe?

I don't recall ever seeing a wood option in RetainPro. But, I only used it for a couple of years in the late 90's or early 2000's.
