Retriving of unsaved part

Is it possible to retrive a part i can not save because of power problem or somthing like that.

Not really. The runtime data, including your model(s), are stored in 'virtual' memory and that's the problem, it's only 'virtual'.

If these power interruptions are a common occurrence, you really should invest in a UPS system, at least one that you could put on your workstation so that you would have a chance to save your files locally even if you're normally hooked to a server.
