Rev block (Tabular Note), cannot resize by dragging cells

Rev block (Tabular Note), cannot resize by dragging cells
Using Team Center 8 and NX 7.5.5.4.
We use a Tabular Note for the rev block. I cannot resize the cells by dragging them. Also I cannot pick more than one row or column. The tabular note is part of the drafting template. If I add a new one it works just fine so does a parts list. It acts like it is “locked” but I cannot find anything that has in the style that unlocks it. Any ideas?

Once a Tabular Note was been converted into a 'Title Block' object, which is what was done before it was added to the Drawing template, I'm not aware of any way to edit the size of a cell.

@John, not possible to be a 'title block' object in NX7.5 as they were introduced in NX8.
@Cmott, is it possible to post the template?

Of course, that means I'm completely stumped, and like you, we'll need to see the part file if we're going to try and figure this out.

Normally customized tool bars are not editable.
please switch on all layers and try to re size the rev block.

Sorry I cannot post the file.

It worked before we upgraded from 7.5.5.2 to 7.5.5.4. It also works native(outside of Teamcenter)in current rev. Must be a Teamcenter setting?
