reversed skirt

I have a question about ASME section VIII div 1 UG-32 (j), in this paragraph, A dished head with a reversed skirt is mentioned but I don't get the point, can anybody illustrate the form ???

Not sure what an application would be. I think I've seen oxygen or similar bottles/tanks shaped like that, I supposed just so they have a flat end.
I've seen sandblasting pots that had the top head turned upside down so it formed a funnel to make it easier to get sand in- but they were just F&D heads flipped the other way, not the funky shape shown.
 
Hard to see how these are concave to pressure...

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
