Reworkable high shear adhesive-Rubber

Hi,
I'm working on a new tyre concept project.
I need to find an adhesive that would last for about 3-5 years under high fatigue and thermal cycles along with high shear stresses.
The two materials to be bonded are polyurethane foam and tyre rubber.
The adhesive also needs to be reworkable and easily removable so the tyre component can be replaced with a new one every 3-5 year.
I would really appreciate any suggestions on what adhesive I can use!

Urethane adhesive would seem to fit the bill. Then again, just molding the urethane into/onto the rubber would work quite well too. The whole reworking concept is a non-starter, though, imop. Cutting off the tread from even existing rubber/fabric carcasses is a tricky business, and you are going to try an even softer core?
