RF Gasket or RTJ Metal Gasket which one is stronger? 1

My client wants to use RTJ flange for a hydrogen line #600 rather than raised face and with oval ring gasket rather spiral wound. I don't think it makes it any stronger and this causes more trouble to get it tightened. Is there any reference or recommendation for to use or not to use RTJ when RF option is still available?
Does it make it any better?

I would expect to see RTJ’s used in CL-1500 or CL-2500 service, but not in CL-600. Why invite the problems of ring groove cracking when you don’t need to? If there is concern with a gasket failure (blowout) with a pair of RF flanges, use a solid core gasket such as a grooved metal graphite coated (aka kammprofile). The RF flanges will be far easier to maintain over the life of the flanges as compared to the RTJ. Plenty of RTJ flanges have been converted to RF, but I have yet to see a RF flange converted to RTJ.
