RFI filter - selection of inductor

Taking a typical triac circuit for dimming AC lights, is the selection of the inductor for the RFI filter (typically stated to be between 40uH and 100uH) just related to the current capacity and saturation, or is there something different in the selection process. I was looking at using a API Delevan as shown in Digikey p/n DN4508-ND, 47uH @4.45A
