Hi,

in my analysis i use the following unit set: N,kg, second ,Pa, kg/m3, i want to include creep (unit 1/day) and step time 40days. Should i recalculate my creep parameter and analysis time from days units into seconds, to fit my primary unit set? Abaqus shows result differences - i don't know why? thanks for any explanation

Hi,

it depends on how your creep law is defined. If its defined in days use day step time. So its not necessary to recalculate the parameters
