Right Click mouse pull-down menu lost / MDT5

I have lost the ability to view the right click mouse pull-down menu. I was able to right click on the mouse and view a group of PART commands. The ability to choose a part in the drawing, right click and choose "show instance" in the desktop browser is also lost. It seems that some mouse settings might be changed, and a right click merely brings you back to the previous command. How can I change the mouse settings back to its original setting?

Go to assist - options - user preferences tab and set up the right click customisation.
