Strange thing is happening. Normally in UG whether in modeling or drafting when you right click on an object you get a menu option. Suddenly that isn't working. I can right click on items in the Navigator and they work fine, but nothing is happening when I click anywhere else.

I think I have activated a setting somehow on accident and I am not sure what exactly or where or how I changed it.

Any help would be appreciated. UG appears to be the only program effected.

Operating System: Windows 7
UG Version: NX 7.5.5.4

Have you tried to simply press MB3 (Right Mouse Button) over the graphics window, away from any objects? Do you get the pop-up menu showing the various display options? If not, perhaps you've messed up the mouse driver and perhaps the button assignment has been changed.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

In some (rare) cases a function key on the keyboard or some help settings in Windows locks up, making your computer behave like some key are pressed (like Alt for instance)...
I can't remember what's actually triggering this, but a quick check to ensure that Fn, Ctrl, Alt etc. are functioning as usual usually does the trick.

Hope it helps, or that the problem no longer exists.

Do you use a "normal" mouse ?
I have seen strange things happening when people used "gaming mouses" with multiple buttons and according drivers.
I also have had negative experiences in NX when using Microsoft intellipoint driver ( NX "hangs" for say 20 seconds once in a while, then continues as nothing had happened.), on a basic intellipoint mouse. The remedy was to un install the intellipoint driver. Then the mouse worked as expected.

Restart fixed the problem. Mind you it was the restart of the entire computer, but everything is working now. don't know what caused it, but I suspect the driver or its interface to UG was reset during the restart process.

Thanks for the advice though.
