Rigidity center error

Hello everyone
I am modelling a Highrise building in ETABS and I am trying to analyze it for earthquake loads, it keeps giving me these errors:

I assigned diaphragms as rigid, checked calculate diaphragms center of rigidity box, tried to assign different diaphragms for each similar floor set, made sure the diaphragm lies only in the XY plane on the slab but this error still occurs and I do not understand why, please do share any piece of information you have on the topic.
