Rigidity of a Non Slip Connection

Hi, so I know that bolted connections can be designed as semi-rigid, however would a designing a pre-loaded non slip bolted connection as fully rigid connection make sense or is there still a some element of flexibility in the connection. Thanks

No element of flexibility in a non slip connection. It doesn't slip!!!!
