Risa Foundation Strip Reinforcing

I was am wondering if RISA Foundation Takes into account the compression reinforcing when calling out required tensile reinforcement spacing in the design strip output?

For flexural capacity, RISAFoundation always ignores the compression steel. The slabs are designed as singly reinforced sections.

The only time the compression steel is accounted for is when you are looking at temperature / shrinkage reinforcement.
