Riser Clamp Neoprene Liner Specification

Hi Guys,
I am required to specify the properties of a neoprene liner for a riser clamp, any thoughts about what properties and acceptance criteria I have to include ?

I have thought of the following properties, yet I am not able to establish the acceptance criteria:
Hardness
Tear Resistance
Tensile Strength
Elongation at Break
Compression set
Sea Water resistance
Ozone Resistance
